About Leigh-Catherine
Leigh-Catherine Inglis
MNCPS Accredited Psychotherapist · Trauma Consultant · Founder of LCI Counselling & Wellbeing
My work spans private therapy, workplace wellbeing and critical incident support. I work with individuals, teams and organisations following trauma, loss, significant life events, emotional overwhelm and periods of sustained pressure.
Alongside my private practice, I provide trauma-informed support within corporate and organisational settings, including critical incident response, psychological wellbeing support, leadership support and workplace trauma interventions.

Critical Incident Support
“People can continue to function, perform and care for others while carrying a great deal internally. My role is to create a space where that can be understood, processed and approached differently.”
My Approach
Person-centred, relational, trauma-informed
I believe therapy should feel grounded, human and useful. That means creating space to explore what is happening beneath the surface, while also offering practical ways to support emotional regulation, self-awareness and meaningful change.
I work at the individual's pace, without pressure to arrive with the right words, a clear explanation or a fixed outcome.
Whether I am supporting someone privately or working within an organisation after a critical incident, the focus remains the same: creating safety, clarity and a way forward.
Come home to yourself.
